about

Milica Lukić and Miroslav Perković work together on sculptural projects, mapping their work in sculptural installations, in the formats of primary structures or individual specific objects. Sculptural work remains in the frame of geometric thought, while the virtualization of schematics of technologies transcends sculptural processes.

Milica develops work in the domain of concrete art, a phenomenological restitution of geometry. In the space of painting, structures are formatted in calculations of stable kinetics. Matrices in the limits of soft plastic, are in the syntax of the aesthetic language of geometry and virtual elaborative processes. Color indexes the space in a system of optical surface repairation and launches a diagram from the margins of mental space. In the field of the specific object, pairs of striped material or endless columns of plexiform geometry indexed by color are multiplied. In the space of painting or space of object, entities are self-referenced.

Miroslav defines sculpture in studies of the polymorphic model. The primary object is controlled by the logic of geometry, in strategies of centers of gravity, both in statics and in color. Endlessness is driven by the refraction of the material itself, a series of multiplications of the primary object. The logic of geometry is in the metaphor of adoption, referential in the system of the symbolism of technological processes. Individually, sculpture is within the perimeter of the object, as a system sculpture is parametrically defined or at least bicephalous. In the paradox of format, sculpture is a whole on one level and a fragment of a larger whole on another level.

In conditions of abstract or conceptual, the authors open positions in space, where structures or sculptural objects act within the conditions of a concrete field up to the size of space, or a resized space.
